Seven places the money hides
Every category carries its own filing deadline. Once it passes, the money stops being recoverable, so the audit works the shortest windows first.

Windows follow Amazon's published guidance and vary by marketplace and case type. We confirm the exact deadline per claim during the audit.

Evidence attached to every line
We audit and show you the findings
We reconcile your inventory ledger, fee reports, returns and removals against Amazon’s own records. You get an itemised list of every discrepancy we can evidence before you commit to anything.

We file, appeal, and you get paid
A case manager files each claim with its evidence attached and works the appeals. Amazon deposits recovered funds straight into your account. We invoice our share afterwards.
The parts that actually decide whether you get paid
Reimbursement work is not a scraping problem. It is an evidence and deadline problem, and it lives or dies on how carefully each case is put together.
Your account health comes first
We don’t spray speculative claims. Every case is filed with evidence attached, because a rejected claim costs you more than an unfiled one.
A named case manager, not a queue
One person owns your account end to end: filing, appeals, documentation requests and the awkward follow-ups Amazon is good at ignoring.
Reversals come off your invoice
If Amazon claws back a reimbursement we were paid on, we credit our fee back. You never pay us for money you didn’t keep.
Every claim traceable to a line item
Each recovered dollar maps to a case ID, a shipment, and the report row that proved it. Nothing arrives as an unexplained lump sum.
What’s likely sitting in your account
Reimbursement recovery typically lands between 0.5% and 1.5% of annual FBA revenue, depending on category, return rate and how long it’s been since anyone audited. Move the slider for a rough range.
Illustrative only. Based on published industry ranges, not a Seller Reclaim forecast or guarantee. Your free audit returns real figures from your own account.
Paid when Amazon pays you. Capped so the big wins stay yours.
Our fee is 10% of each reimbursement Amazon pays out, and never more than $100 on any single one. The larger the recovery, the smaller our share, and you’re only invoiced once the money has landed in your account.

Questions worth asking before you connect an account
Amazon reimburses automatically now. Why would I need you?
Only for a specific slice. Since October 2024 Amazon automatically reimburses inventory lost or damaged inside its own fulfilment network. Everything else still requires someone to spot the discrepancy, assemble the evidence, and file inside the deadline: inbound shortfalls, fee and dimension errors, refunds where nothing came back, removal losses, storage overcharges, and reversals. Those are what we work.
Do you need my Seller Central password?
No, and you should never give it to anyone. We connect through Amazon’s official Selling Partner API, which you authorise from inside your own account and can revoke at any time. We request read access to the reports we need and nothing else.
Is this against Amazon’s Terms of Service?
Filing reimbursement claims for discrepancies you’re genuinely owed is a normal part of selling on Amazon. What creates risk is volume-based claim spraying: filing speculative cases and hoping some stick. We don’t do that. Every claim we file carries the evidence that supports it, because rejected claims damage your account standing.
What does it cost?
The audit is free. After that our fee is 10% of each reimbursement Amazon pays you, capped at $100 per reimbursement, and invoiced only once the money has landed. An $800 reimbursement costs you $80; a $4,820 one costs you $100. No subscription, no setup fee, no minimum term. If we recover nothing, you owe nothing.
What happens if Amazon reverses a reimbursement?
Amazon sometimes grants a reimbursement and reclaims it later. When that happens on a case we were paid for, we credit our fee back to you. You should never be out of pocket on money you didn’t keep.
How far back can you claim?
It depends on the category. Inbound shipment discrepancies generally allow around nine months from the ship date, fee-related claims around 90 days from the charge, and several inventory categories run to about 18 months. Deadlines are the most common reason recoverable money goes unrecovered, which is why the audit looks at dated exposure first.
What do you need from me?
The API authorisation, and occasionally a document Amazon asks for, such as a supplier invoice or proof of delivery for a specific shipment. Beyond that, nothing. We file, we appeal, we chase.
What if the audit finds nothing worth chasing?
Then we’ll tell you that, and you’ll have a clean account audit at no cost. We’d rather say so than talk you into an engagement that won’t pay for itself.
Which marketplaces do you cover?
North America and Europe today. If you sell across several regions we audit each marketplace separately, because claim windows and reimbursement rules differ between them.
Find out what’s actually there
The audit is free, takes about two minutes to start, and comes back as a line-item list of what we can evidence. What you do with it is up to you.
